Kiranshree Portico Hotel - Guwahati

This hotel is right in the bustling heart of the city, in the midst of the chaotic traffic of Paltan Bazar. Despite the busy location, the rooms offer a serene and peaceful atmosphere, allowing guests to escape the hustle and bustle outside. The attention to detail is commendable, with spotless linens and a well-appointed bathroom including a relaxing bath tub. The staff is friendly and focused, providing excellent service throughout the stay. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, ensuring a delightful start to the day.

The hotel was low-budget, as you can expect from Guwahati. There was an elegant bar on site. It was great to have free Wi-Fi. We can recommend once again

We appreciated the service and the food and okay prices. Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Confucius that was only 10 minutes' walk away. Short distance to nehru park, just 1 mile. Adjacent to the airport, 12 miles...

Great hotel! The breakfast spread was amazing and the staff were super friendly. The location is perfect, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. The rooms were comfortable and clean, equipped with everything we needed. We loved the complimentary water bottles and the tea/coffee supplies in the room. it was a delightful stay and we would definitely recommend it to friends.

Our only complaint is that the noise level was a bit high and the walls were thin, so we could hear noise from the nearby street and other guests in adjacent rooms. However, this was a minor inconvenience that did not detract from our overall enjoyment of this wonderful hotel.

The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms with an excellent spread of breakfast and lunch. the staff were friendly, and the wifi worked well. the hotel was located near the railway and bus stations, which made it convenient for exploring the city.

The bathroom lacked sufficient lighting which made it a bit dingy, and the size of the TV did not match the room size. Despite the comfortable stay, the hotel's surroundings could be noisy, especially during peak hours, which may disturb light sleepers.

Located in the bustling Paltan Bazar area, this hotel offers convenience for adventure travelers with its close proximity to the railway station. the spacious and well-appointed rooms provide a comfortable stay, with amenities such as an electric kettle, mini bar, and LCD TV. the complimentary breakfast offers a choice of cuisines, including south, north, and continental.

Some employees may have a casual approach to customers, affecting the overall customer service experience.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The staff were great too support the event I was hosting, making me and my team feel comfortable at all times. They even surprised us with a celebration cake, a priceless gesture. The food at the hotel was wonderful, especially the vegetarian dishes prepared by the talented chefs. I was kinda surprised by the breakfast, delivered to international standards. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent staff, delicious food, and high quality breakfast.
